I. Scholarship Programs (4)- 2012 
     (CRITERIA)  1. Overall 2.0 GPA   
                           2. 8-10 hours of community service with   
                                parents  
                           3. Maintain a good school attendance record  
                           4. Letter of recommendation & essay
                           5. Attend at least (1) Alumni meeting with  
                                parent(s) or guardian
                           6. Sign up to become an Alumni member

II. Annual Homecoming Blue & White Ball -(Week-end of Home-coming)

III. Monthly Fundraisers (On-going)-Need Volunteers

    • Car Wash/Fish Fry (2012) - TBD
    • Fundraiser  - (Support BTW expenses - Prom)

IV. Bulldogs @ WAR - Need Volunteers

    • List all bulldogs @ war and send cards or emails or care packages
    • Please inform us with Alumni names and addresses

V. Annual Alumni Picnic - January 25, 2011 

    • Saturday, 4th Saturday in June
    • Location: BTW, lower level 
    • Time: 10:00am-5:00pm
    • BYOB-Bring Your Own Basket
    • NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED
    • Games for children, dancing for everyone and much more

VI. Alumni Outings - 2012 School Year

    • Bowling 
    • Skating 
    • Movie Day
    • Sock-hop (50's & 60's)- TBD

 

VI. Annual Alumni Awards Banquet

VII.  Angel Food Network Ministry(minimum 10 orders) - Based on Donations Thanksgiving & Christmas

    • Cost of basket -$35
    • Alumni Senior Citizens & students in need (as needed of TBD)
    • Please inform us with names & addresses

VIII. Enchanted Closet - Volunteer(2011,etc)

    • Support senior females with Prom attire & accessories (work w/BTW staff)


XIV. School Supplies - provided 100 bags for students(see website for some of students)- August - September-Annual

    • Pens, pencils, TI 310Xa (calculator), notebook paper, notebook, dictionary , thersarus, book bags
    • 2009-2010 school year - deadline TBD
    • Students need to attend meeting to pick up supplies
